Being a trainer is similar to be a honey bee who builds the bee comb and makes honey but someone else's need is satisfied, like the silk worm feeding on leaves and giving the precious fiber out for the man to use it.

A trainer or a facilitator does not only impart knowledge but behold the learner's future. Like Chanakya did for Chandragupta Maurya and Krishna did for Arjuna.There will be many Chankyas and Krishnas in our lives, who have shown us the path and encouraged to follow it.

All this could not happen without involvement in the teachings and guidance of the great scholars.
